	Peter Burow Peter is a director of a number of consulting firms, including NeuroPower, that specialise in employee engagement, public, shareholder and stakeholder attitude management and influence, cultural development and change, executive coaching and team and leadership development. Peter is an expert in change management, employee engagement and leadership development and agent for inspirational change with senior executive teams faced with rapid change, strong organic growth or sale of subsidiaries. Peter is the creator of the NeuroPower framework that is now used by over 80 accredited professionals representing a range of related fields including corporate training, coaching, consulting, therapy and research. Peter’s client list includes some of Australia’s largest and best-known corporate organisations and a broad range of government clients at both a State and Federal level. Peter is the author of several books on the subject of leadership development and organisational transformation. 	Anna Byrne Anna has a Bachelor Degree in Law (Hons), Political Science and Psychology, with particular interests in Neuroscience, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Commercial Maritime Law and International Law. Anna is an Accredited NeuroPower™ Practitioner, Coach and Facilitator and NeuroPower™ Transforming Organisations and Integral 360° Coach. Anna specialises in organisational change and transformation programs that solve complex problems, shift behaviour and drive employee engagement. Anna uses her particular interest and qualification in neuroscience to deliver highly insightful customer psychometrics that drive effective marketing and branding campaigns.
	L. Antonio Chevez Antonio has a Diploma of Maya-Lenca Medicine, Diploma in Health Education,  Bachelor of Applied Health Science, Certification as a NS-NLP Practitioner, Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Certification as a NeuroPower Integral Coach. Antonio is the Chief of the Indigenous (tribal) Government of the Lenca People of El Salvador in Central America. Antonio has significant experience in indigenous and community health care, clinical counselling and health/weight management consulting. Antonio is a Clinical Counsellor in residence and Assistant Researcher at NeuroPower. Antonio is an Accredited NeuroPower™ Practitioner, Coach and Facilitator.
	Joe Foster Joe is an experienced senior executive, CEO and director with an impressive track record of developing and running successful businesses and teams in large, complex manufacturing and logistical/distribution businesses. Joe relocated to Australia at the request of Kerry Packer in 1993 from his native USA to become Managing Director for Huntsman Chemical Company Australia. Joe has particular expertise in the areas of strategic analysis, culture alignment with strategy, leadership development and executive coaching. Joe is an Accredited NeuroPower™ Practitioner, Coach and Facilitator and NeuroPower™ Transforming Organisations and Integral 360° Coach.
	Zane Harris Zane is qualified in Human Resource Management specialising in workforce planning, cultural change and learning and development with extensive experience in organisational-wide development programs. Zane specialises in working with teams to accelerate their development and significantly lift their performance. Zane has worked with a wide variety of clients on projects ranging from accelerated teaming development with large blue chip corporations to managing whole company cultural development programs with SME’s. Zane’s knowledge of contemporary leadership principles and practices along with a strong HR background from within large corporations gives him an informed and practical approach to development. 	Deanne Lynagh Deanne is a former Human Resources Manager with large national public and private companies. Deanne’s skills lie in taking complex leadership concepts and interpreting and applying them to enable middle to senior level managers to effect individual change in their daily workplaces. Deanne’s extensive HR background enables her to connect with HR teams and support them in the execution of leadership strategy. Deanne trains and coaches managers in the application of leadership concepts that translate into sustainable BAU practices. Deanne is an Accredited NeuroPower™ Practitioner, Coach and Facilitator and Integral 360° Coach.
	Wade McFarlane Wade heads NeuroPower’s Field Research Division. Wade manages the ‘engine room’ of the consultancy to provide clients with results that can be applied to achieve their specific needs. Wade has expertise in applying the Core Belief framework to organisation capability assessment and stakeholder perception. Wade has worked with Executives from a wide range of organisations including Sentis, QLD Health, Westpac, Dairy Farmers, Goodman Fielder, Deutsche Bank and PwC to roll out Cultural Transformation, Leadership Development and Customer Programs. Wade is an Accredited NeuroPower™ Practitioner, Coach and Facilitator and NeuroPower™ Transforming Organisations and Integral 360° Coach.
	Misha Byrne Misha is an accredited NeuroPower practitioner (Integral Coaching, Transformational Mastery) with a particular interest in communication and engagement and qualifications in applied psychology and theoretical neuroscience. Misha has over six years experience as a graphic designer specialising in accessible communication of complex ideas across design, construction, human resource and retail industries. Misha is a Senior Researcher in Cognitive Neuroscience at the Queensland Brain Institute, with a focus in behavioural genetics.

Toni Scoble Toni is a behavioural strategist focusing on stakeholder insight and behaviour, strategic adviser on reputation management and communications to Boards, CEOs and senior executives of leading companies in Australia. Toni offers powerful psychographic research and strategies to assist organisations gain fast, accurate insight to solve complex, challenging business issues. Toni is an experienced CEO, Director and Corporate Affairs Executive in Australia and overseas. Toni is an executive Coach and Facilitator, team and personal change agent as well as an adviser on human behaviour. Toni is the founder of the Integral Leaders Institute, a business-focused thought leadership forum exploring profound change in people, organisations and society.

Shelley Evans-Wild Shelley specialises in the leadership and management behaviour of people and the affect this has on organisational outcomes. She has a background in Education, Psychology and Neuroscience and she assists business owners and organisations to access best practice in leadership and team engagement. Shelley has a successful track record in the leadership of community organisations and is a prominent figure in the North Queensland business community and sits on economic, social and regional development Boards. Shelley’s passion for business, leadership and her local business and community interests, along with twenty years in leadership roles both in the government and private sectors enables her to relate to many environments from SMEs, not-for-profits boards, and government departments to large companies. Shelley is a qualified teacher and has been an Accredited NeuroPower™ Master Trainer, Coach and Facilitator since 2003. She is also an accredited coach in the use of Integral 360° Instruments and Hogan Assessment instruments as well as a Faculty member of the William Glasser Institute of Australia.

Tim Rossi Tim brings 20 years experience in senior management roles within the finance sector and 10 years experience as an executive coach. Tim’s early career centred on senior management roles with investment banks, including an executive directorship with Hill Samuel Australia (Now Macquarie Bank). Tim’s teams played a leading role in the rapid growth of Australia’s Money Markets. Tim has numerous qualifications in finance, business and executive coaching. Tim specialises in using the NeuroPower Framework to coach senior executives in the banking sector, insurance and professional service firms including top tier accounting, consulting and legal firms, brokers and advisers.
