Lead and inspire your team to standout performance

NeuroPower gives you the process to work smarter not harder in developing high performance teams during this demanding business environment.

Teams and the people in them are responsible for the majority of highs and lows in the life of a leader and will often ultimately determine whether you peak or plummet as a leader.

Teams are complex and require constant attention, however we all know that in an ever-evolving fast paced corporate environment there isn’t much time to ‘stop and smell the roses’. In 2012 it is critical to form an air tight strategy to guarantee that your team operates at it’s peak in order to deliver exceptional results in a contracted business environment.

This is something we know a lot about and have been helping many of Australia’s largest and most successful corporations with. We invite you to join us and tap into our breakthrough system for accelerating team performance.

This 3-day intensive program has been honed to deliver the knowledge, tools and insights to boost team performance through refocusing and reinventing for success. By harnessing the intelligence of social, cognitive and behavioural neuroscience, the program delivers:

The capability to build an environment that leverages from the six drivers of high-performance teams;

The ability to identify and resolve the nine key conflict points that will destroy team cohesion; and

The skills to recognise and cultivate the performance mindset that takes your people from battle mode to breakthrough problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Each module builds upon and expands your existing leadership skills and knowledge, providing practical insight and tools that can be rapidly deployed to fill your team’s self-identified blind spots and capability gaps.
