High Performance Teaming

High Performance Teaming (HPT) is a high-impact, 8-step process that transforms the performance of teams.

It does this by enabling teams to draw on the latest insights from neuroscience, applying it to create teams that demonstrate outstanding skills in problem solving in complex and fluid environments, crisis management, product innovation and transformational leadership.

The process uses a combination of analysis, profiling, coaching and team narrative development to accelerate what can take years for teams to achieve down to a matter of months. It’s an intense process and as much as possible it’s woven into BAU meeting times and schedules. It step-changes teams to breakthrough levels of trust, creativity, focus, relatedness, clarity and strategic thinking.

Ideal for HR professionals, managers or executives wishing to add significant value to their teams performance, HPT can be applied at the senior leadership level through to front line teams.
